If you are unsure of your artwork you can email it to us for review. If unable to provide usable art a minimum of $12.00 charge may apply for art dept. to fix your artwork. For a text-only imprint you do not need artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form.

Delivery Time: We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships on time. However, we are not responsible for delays in production, shipment, or delivery due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Setup Charge: Screenprint: $55.00 per color/location; Deboss (if applicable): $70.00 per location; For all other decorating options please contact us for details.

Additional Imprint Charge: 6-99: $0.99; 100-299: $0.74; 300-999: $0.59; 1000+: $0.45

Other Charges: Over/Under Runs: for quality control purposes all orders are subject to a 5-10% over/under run. Customer will be charged for quantity shipped.

FREE 1-day rush service available for most imprint methods. ONE COLOR, ONE LOCATION ONLY IMPRINT. Order must be placed no later than 2 PM EST with a vector format art file. If this format is not available, we will fix your art for an additional $10.00 charge. This will add an additional day to your order. We will ship your order out next business day at no extra charge! NO ART PROOF available with rush orders. VECTOR art (.ai or .eps) is art where fonts are converted to outlines or line art. Screen print allows for solid/spot color only, no halftones or shading.
